Sales Operations & Strategy AnalystTanium is seeking a Sales Operations & Strategy Analyst to support the Global Sales organization in every aspect of the design and execution of their sales go-to-market strategy. We're looking for an excellent strategic and operational thinker to drive growth, scalability, and efficiency in Tanium salesforce. This person will be in a highly visible role that partners directly with the Senior Director of Sales Operations and Strategy, and collaborates with senior GTM leaders across the world.The right candidate must have the ability to build, inform, think and execute. We're looking for candidates that can solve ambiguous problems and have the initiative and intellectual curiosity to propose new ideas and recommend solutions. This candidate will roll up their sleeves to dive deep in analyses and models, while also keeping the big picture and practicality in mind. Finally, the candidate will need to have strong business partnership skills, demonstrated by the ability to communicate clearly and build a strong relationship with their business partner.This position follows the Company's hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.What you'll do:Serve as a strategic and analytical business partner to the SVP of Partner Sales and Global Sales Operations leadershipPartner with sales leaders and sales operations teammates to analyze go-to-market strategies, resource allocation, and performance at all levelsAssist in the strategic planning efforts for global sales, which include plan modeling, quota assignments, and segmentation.Take part in leading the operational cadence of all key sales operation activities including forecasting, quarterly business reviews and operational metric reviewsProactively identify opportunities for accelerating growth through new processes, sales plays, strategies, cross-functional initiatives, SPIFFs, etc.Create and maintain detailed models to support both short- and long-term strategic planning for Tanium's growth initiativesDevelop relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholdersServe as the Primary Point of Contact for all Deal Registration process flows and oversightManage Channel Ops distribution and Partner Portal inquires, projects and account activationWe're looking for someone with:Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in business or a related field (e.g. Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Communications)2+ years of experience in an analytical role in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, Finance or other related fieldsBusiness partnership experience with executivesStrong presentation and modeling skillsProficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executives and large groupsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working within a high-growth, technology companyExperience partnering directly with leaders at the VP level or aboveProficiency in Periscope, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization toolsAbout TaniumTanium is the Autonomous IT company. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire.
