Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Support community involvement by accompanying individuals to appointments, events, or activities
Foster independence by teaching life skills and encouraging personal growth
Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
Document services provided and report changes in behavior or health to supervisors
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical teams to support individualized care plans
Skills & Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
At least 6 months experience in the field working with individuals with developmental disabilities, certified as an HHA, CNA or NA we also accept SCIP and AMAP certificates.
